For those of you who know me, you know, I am a big Toronto Raptors fan and that the Toronto Raptors are the 2019 NBA champs. I had the opportunity to attend their home opener of the 2019/2020 season and watch the team received their championship rings and something really special happened that night. When I walked into the arena, I received a replica Championship Ring, not just me, every single fan in attendance that evening received this ring and I was just blown away. It was awesome.

The celebration was incredible and it made me feel so special. And it got me to thinking. When are we pressing pause in our life, in our business, to celebrate our successes? And maybe even more importantly, who are you celebrating with? They didn’t have to do this. They didn’t have to give every single fan in attendance that night, this ring, but they did. And my goodness did it ever make the moment even more memorable. My encouragement to you today is to press pause and celebrate and ask yourself, who do you need to be sharing your success with?
